*Classes are on a first come, first serve basis. Participants must sign-in before the start of class. Participants may be turned away due to over crowdedness at the instructor’s discretion for safety.

H.I.I.T

We will alternate intense bouts of exercise and low intensity exercise. We will do both aerobically and anaerobically (using weights) for a full body conditioning.

Hip Hop

Dance your butt off!

Strike Blast/Pound Fit

Come work hard with weighted kick box moves, drills, Insanity, and finish with Pound. Rock-out and work-out to the world's first cardio jam session, inspired by the energizing fun of playing the drums!!!

Yoga

Focus on flexibility and strength.

Zumba

The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away.

PIYO

Unique format combines Pilates, Yoga, Strength Conditioning, flexibility and Dynamic balance.

Glutes, Arms, Abs - OH My

Strength focus on our glutes with lunges, squats, and glute isolation exercises. Arms-biceps, triceps, and shoulder exercises and all things core to strengthen, tone, and tighten those abdominals.
